Zhineng Qi Gong is a deeply meditative practice to heal the body, mind and spirit, while bringing us into balance with nature. It is a self-healing practice that works to overcome unhealthy mental and physical habits. Zhineng Qi Gong emphasizes maintaining a balanced, stable and centered state of mind. This state brings health, happiness and harmony to us and those around us.
My name is Jake Ellison and I have called Denver home for over 20 years. I have been practicing Zhineng Qi Gong for over two years. Since the first time I learned Zhineng Qi Gong I immediately connected with the practice and found it to be a peaceful and powerful discipline. I found that it quickly and effectively helped me to manage everyday stress and several autoimmune diseases I was experiencing at the time. I recently spent nearly a year studying and practicing intensively with several Masters in China and found that my interest and passion for Zhineng Qi Gong grew. I'm excited to be able to share what I've learned with my fellow Coloradans.
